10 Ways To Feel on Top of The World

  1. Accept compliments. Say thank you or words to that effect.

  2. Give compliments. One of the easiest ways to feel good about ourselves is to recognize the beauty in others.

  3. Always try to speak well of yourself. If you have nothing good to say, keep quiet!

  4. Praise yourself. If you do something right, give yourself a pat on the back.

  5. Treat your body well. Everything we do affects everything else.

  6. Separate your behavior from yourself. If you do something wrong, it doesn't make you a bad person. You simply made a mistake.

  7. Let people know you expect to be treated well. Don't accept abuse from anybody!

  8. Surround yourself with good people. Mix with enthusiastic people and you'll become enthusiastic.

  9. Work at having pleasure without guilt.

  10. Read books of inspiration. Picture in your mind how you want to be, not how you are. You will start active the way you think.
